Get a free custom quote with our simple, three-step rental process. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Pick Out Your Favorite Items
Browse our event rental inventory. See something you like? Add it to your Wishlist by clicking on the heart icon next to the item or the ‘Add to Wishlist’ button on the item pop-up card.

Step 2: Submit Your Wishlist
Once your Wishlist is complete, click the heart icon at the bottom right corner of the website. This will open your Wishlist “cart”. Choose your date, fill out your information and click submit.

Step 3: Get A Custom Quote
When we receive your request, we will check our inventory and get back to you with a custom quote ASAP. Once you approve your quote and put down a deposit, your items will be reserved for your special day!

Once you've selected all of your desired items, simply fill out the event details form, which can be opened by clicking the heart icon at the bottom right of our website, and submit your wishlist.

Yes. Our technicians provide complete set up and takedown services to go along with our rentals. We ensure that your tents, inflatables, dance floors, stages, tables, chairs, and other essentials are professionally configured.

We offer a full range of tent styles and sizes, as well as tent accessories. You can browse our inventory of frame and pole tents on our Tents rental page. Not sure what type of tent you need? Our team will help you choose the perfect structure, based on your venue, guest count, weather expectations and event type. We can also recommend tent walls, lighting and other accessories.

It is always best to book your rentals as early as possible in order to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. (The late-spring/early summer wedding season is particularly busy, along with the winter holiday season.) While we recommend booking high-demand items months in advance, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Yes, if you need to make adjustments to your rental order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We request that you make any final changes at least two weeks before your event date.

You have options! You can create and submit a Wishlist on our Rentals page to get a free quote. This involves making a list of items you want, entering your event date and contact information and submitting your request. We will get back to you ASAP with a custom quote. If you choose to accept your quote, we will send you an invoice. Once you pay a deposit, your booking will be confirmed and your items will be reserved!
